A large corporate business is looking at hiring an executive Head hunter, who has a strong network in hiring IT/Technology Directors globally.
This organisation spend a large amount of money on external headhunters, and so the decision is to bring it inhouse. They hire circa 100 directors annually within technology.
This person will ideally come from a search firm, and built up a strong network to then easily work solely for one client. They need to also have managed, as you will have a small team of 2.
This is a hands on direct sourcing/headhunting role, where you will still have the opportunity to work with external suppliers where needed, but you will be bonused and targeted at direct sourcing.
