Senior HR Advisor - Management Consultancy

A fast-growing financial Management Consultancy based in The City, are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team. Reporting into the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for (but not be limited to):

* Advising and supporting in delivering on a full range of HR issues from managing talent and development to dealing with misconduct etc.

* Management training

* Training and development at all levels

* Need analysis

* HR Communication

* Introducing, enhancing and developing the appraisal process

* Working alongside the recruitment team

* Creating and rolling out Career Paths for every team

* Coaching on how to reach fair informal and formal resolutions when dealing with capability, disciplinary and absence management issues in line with the firm's policies and legal framework

* Being the custodian of data, using it to provide insight for Senior Business Partners and the business

* Collaborating with all teams in People Experience to deliver best ideas and possible solutions for managers

* Working closely with managers to ensure the UK achieve all goals

* Supporting in the development of creative and innovative HR strategies and policies

* Supporting and coaching managers through individual assignments

* Developing and maintaining relationships with relevant corporate teams to ensure integration of standards and policies

* Reviewing and monitoring performance continually and seeking feedback to improve services

As the Senior HR Advisor, you will possess:

* Previous HR advisory experience

* CIPD qualification

* Technical experience in Performance Management, training and coaching, processing reviews and culture change

* Keen eye for detail, and demonstrable ability to use data to drive insight

* Track record of building strong advisory relationships within a business

* Ability to quickly adapt to a professional services environment and a commercially focused business unit

* Commercial focus with the ability to deliver innovative solutions

* Focus on self-development as well as having desire to coach, mentor and develop colleagues
