My client, a leading Global Tech firm within the Travel industry is looking for an experienced Recruitment Adviser to join their 550 head strong office here in the UK.

This person will have a technical competency with recruiting including sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment and strong sourcing skills. You must have the flexibility and adaptability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment and have the patience to advise and push back.

Key duties will include:

  • Owns the end-to-end recruitment of positions from requisition to onboarding.

  • Builds strong consultative partnerships with Hiring Managers by understanding their business drivers and talent needs.

  • Responsible for driving direct sourcing and owns the source mix and channels (internal & external) used for experienced hires .

  • Ensures compliance with company policies regarding both internal and external hires.

  • Manages the PSL.

  • Oversees the co-ordination of ability tests, personality assessments and interviews with the Talent Coordinator, PA's & Hiring Managers.

  • Develops offers, negotiates and ensures conversion of offers and start dates.

  • Oversees and supports the visa application process, ensuring Hiring Managers are regularly appraised of progress.

  • Oversees the raising of offer letters, contracts of employment, all associated documentation and key data metrics.

  • Works with other sites to maximize the use of the internal mobility programme to build talent pipelines.

  • Manages the governance of the Contractor frameworks and agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

  • CIPD qualified would be beneficial.

  • Proven track record of operating within a complex, global organization.

  • Technical competency with recruiting including sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment.

  • Strong sourcing skills from multiple channels.

  • Experience of recruiting technical roles with subject matter expertise around both internal and external markets.

  • Proactive and persuasive communicator and confident acting as an expert advisor.

  • Collaborative team player.

  • Flexible and resilient: able to adapt to an ever changing landscape.

  • Knowledge of/familiarity with employment laws pertaining to interviewing, assessment and recruitment generally.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

This role is initially a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave, to start ASAP, based in Hounslow.
