Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be working on a retained basis with a leading Global Technology company based in London/Berkshire to recruit a pivotal Reward hire for the EMEA Region.
Role profile overview
The Head of EMEA Compensation role will report into the VP of Reward in the US and will be the lead for all Compensation and planning for the EMEA Region.
The EMEA region is c3000 employees with presence in over 20 countries and is made up of three main business areas.
The Head of EMEA Compensation will lead on all Compensation planning, strategy and partnering for the EMEA region, you will roll out Global Reward initiatives and tailor the Compensation strategy for EMEA to meet local regulations and align to EMEA business outcomes.
You will continue to build relationships with the business and offer a hands-on client service, spending time with the heads of business to provide insight into market data and guidance on key hires and retention strategies.
The Head of EMEA Compensation will be given the autonomy to build a network internally and build strong relationships across the business, understanding the commercial drivers and enabling managers to make informed decisions on performance-based pay and equity. You will also lead on key Compensation Planning projects and manage complex Reward arrangements and local market statutory requirements.
The Head of EMEA Compensation will work closely with and face off to stakeholders at Senior Manager and Director level , you will also work in collaboration with HR Business Partners and the wider specialist HR team.

You will need to be comfortable operating independently and being able to "roll up your sleeves" whilst also having the gravitas and credibility to face off and present to the business.
This is a stand alone , senior level role based in either London or Berkshire. Some flexibility may be required for travel between the two UK offices amd some international.
