This is an interim role for c. 3-6 months. To be successful in this role you must have a strong knowledge of Cascade.
My client, a professional services organisation has just implemented a new system Cascade, this role will be managing the roll out of this across the business. This will involve creating a training manual, coaching employees on how to use the system and dealing with any teething issues that may arise. You will be an integral part of the team supporting with Cascade.
As well as managing the roll out of the system, you will also be supporting the head of HR with providing advice and guidance across all aspects of HR.
- Have strong change management and project experience specifically around implementing new HRIS systems (Cascade)
- Demonstrable experience of developing leadership capability through coaching and management experience.
- Strong influencing skills
- CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
