Role: Talent Development Partner
Location: City of London
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
My client, a global research consultancy, are looking for a Talent Development Partner to support their London and local region, leading their talent programme. With a fantastic HR team to support, talent is high on the leadership team's agenda so support and passion for transforming how talent is seen is across the business is on a high. You must have proven experience in a Talent Development role, with the ability to bring in your own creative flair.
It is important you have the ability to take what has been produced globally and make it work authentically and successfully in your region. You will be part of a work hard play hard culture, with strong credibility and a fun environment to be in. Taking ownership is key in this role, so you must be able to work autonomously and be hungry to deliver.
Duties will include:
Overseeing and coordinating all stakeholder communicatons across the business with regards to talent
Working closely with the center of excellence to implement the talent development programmes
Manage relationship with internal clients and external consultants and coaches
Work with HRBPs to action talent development initiatives
Play an advocacy role with business leaders to ensure there is a strong focus on succession planning and development, as well as identify talent management needs
Ensure data and metrics are measured and studied to improve talent development outcomes
This role will offer a real mixture of operational and strategic needs for the talent plan, with lots of scope to put together your own programme and run your own workshops. A degree or background in Psychology will be advantageous!
