A new opportunity has arisen working as an Learning and Development Trainer for a leading Insurance company based in Central London. In this new role, you will be reporting to the L&D Manager.
Your new role
In your new role working as an L&D Trainer, you will be working closely with senior stakeholders and line managers to identify skills and training requirements, and designing training programmes accordingly. You will be responsible for delivering the training content in classroom sessions, on floor-walks, and rolling out online programmes. You'll also be liaising with employees and line managers to assess the effectiveness of the training, and adapting the programmes to suit the needs.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will be from a HR/Recruitment/L&D administrator background with a couple of months of experience. You will be enthusiastic, ambitious and comfortable delivering training to new recruits. You will be confident in the presence of senior stakeholders and be able to qualify, and meet their expectations.
