My client is a dynamic and enterprising University with a goal to become the London's top modern University by 2020. They are looking to recruit a commercially driven HRBP to join their team based in London.
This role sits within the HRBP team at the University supporting the schools and professionals services functions, a client group of 400 employees. The focus is to provide a customer focussed, commercially oriented HR Business Partner by supporting members of the Executive, Deans and Directors to delivery their strategies and local delivery plans through the provision of high quality professional advice and guidance on the full range of HR and OD strategies.

Working with such influential and successful stakeholders across the professional functions and schools you will need to demonstrate credibility and professionalism with the delivery of the HR strategy. You will be an expert in employee relations having managed complex cases involving external stakeholders such as recognised unions whilst also enabling and maintaining successful consultation and negotiation on key HR issues and policy development.
This role will offer the opportunity to develop and lead on new HR Policy and procedures and work closely with the Senior HRBP to continue to drive the key performance indicators from the Corporate Strategy. Alongside this you will be working on projects such as a new Employee Benefits Platform, Employee Survey and support the continual progression of the HR Analytics platform.
The role will suit a commercially minded, driven HR professional with a strong generalist or HR Business Partnering background working within a large complex organisation. You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of employment legislation, policy development and project leadership. Ideally you will be qualified to degree or holding a HR/CIPD qualification.
Salary: £44000 - £52000 with excellent benefits including a work from home day once a week, generous pension and holiday.
