HR Business Partner - Central London



£60,000 - £70,000

My client are a marketing and creative design agency based in Central London. Due to growth, they require an experienced HRBP to join them on a permanent basis. This role will lead the company's strategy, practises, policies and objectives to ensure an employee-orientated and high performance culture.

The ideal candidate would come from a start-up or growth business, with a strong focus on change. You must be able to deliver in a fast-paced and changing environment, so a background in the technology/digital/media space would be the ideal.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Define and deliver the annual HR strategy

  • Working closely with senior internal stakeholders to understand business and team challenges

  • Support and implement organisational and department development plans and changes including TUPE and restructures

  • Guiding through all performance management issues

  • Continuing to develop the business's onboarding programme

  • Lead the annual appraisal process

  • Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed, updated, and communicated

  • Reporting on metrics, and sharing with relevant stakeholders

  • Review annual compensation and benefit plan

  • Develop and deliver strategic initiatives


  • Previous HR management experience

  • Good UK employment law knowledge, and confident ER experience

  • Creative background is ideal

  • Experience in creating and implementing new initiatives

  • Attention to detail, and good communication skills

  • Strategically and commercially focused, but with the ability to roll up sleeves and get stuck in
