My client, a global IT Provider for the travel and tourism industry are currently seeking a Talent Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Bedfordshire.
This is an end to end support role where you will be supporting the talent team with global ad hoc projects, responsible for setting up meeting rooms, liaison with candidates and recruitment agencies, VISA processing, recruitment - setting up online tests, making sure the system is fully up to date with interview notes and candidate information, supporting facilitation of graduate fairs and supporting with coordination of training days.
The role's primary purpose is the operational management of Graduate and Intern recruitment, contributing to the Early Careers recruitment strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting extremely high calibre experienced candidates for a select number of business areas, Unit Manager level roles and below.
The ideal candidate will have previous HR admin experience and will need to be resilient, have great attention to detail and switched on. You will Ideally have corporate working experience and would need to have worked in a fast pace and demanding environment.
