Client Details

Our client is a digitally focused organisation which operates within the Education Sector


The post holder will be instrumental in leading a programme of implementation of business-critical projects, as well as the day to day running of the services team. The projects will include:

  • Reporting on, monitoring and tracking implementation of a revamped people plan for the organisation

  • Leading on the people aspects of mergers, partnerships and TUPE transfers

  • Leading the development and establishment of an employee forum to help facilitate change

  • Ensuring GDPR compliance

  • Development and updating of policies and procedures in line with the people plan

  • Streamlining, automating, systems and processes, developing templates, tools and guidance to better enable managers to manage their teams effectively

  • Developing employee communication and implementation plans

This role will also include travel to the organisation's various locations across England on a weekly basis


We're looking for a candidate with the following capabilities

  • Strong experience of leading complex TUPE projects

  • Generalist experience gained at a senior level in a fast paced & complex organisation

  • Experience of analysing data, and presenting results in a concise and business-centric manner to stakeholders

  • A track record of successful, multiple project management at a senior level.

  • Extensive experience of managing and contributing to organisational change

  • Successful track record of working with senior level management teams on strategy, implementation and evaluation.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • An effective problem solver

  • Degree, CIPD and Project Management Qualification is desirable

Job Offer

Immediate start, initial 3 month contract, daily rate £425-450 dependant on experience

**please note that this role is in scope of IR35 legislation
