We have partnered with a leading FCMCG client who are looking for an HR Business Partner to support some of their Head Office functions.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will own relationships with senior managers and ensure that they receive an excellent HR service. Working closely with the centres of excellence, you will take ownership of the operational and strategic HR delivery for the unit. The role will be a blend of operational HR, dealing with employee relations and first line queries, as well as more strategic work, including talent, succession, reward and rolling out European-wide projects. There will also be a focus on recruitment due to growth and so you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver the resourcing strategy.
The right candidate will have partnered client groups and previously worked in a fast-paced industry, such as FMCG or retail. You will be credible, comfortable building relationships at all levels and enjoy working in both a hands-on and strategic fashion. You will have worked across all generalist areas of HR and have worked in a matrix structure, ideally in a global business.
