Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an L&D Administrator for a global Asset Management firm based in central London. In this new role, you will be reporting to the Head of Learning & Development.

Your new role
In your new role working as an L&D Administrator, you will be playing a crucial role in supporting the L&D function for this global Asset Management firm. You will be responsible for coordinating the entire L&D process, from scheduling in training sessions, updating the system, liaising with external training providers, and providing administrative support. You'll also be responsible for collecting feedback from the training sessions, and work closely with the Head of Learning & Development to re-design, and alter the training programmes, based on the feedback.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a good university with a couple of months of HR/L&D/Recruitment experience seeking to specialise within L&D.
