Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen working as an HR Manager for a leading Insurance firm in Central London. In this role as HR Manager, you'll be reporting to the Senior HR Manager.

Your new role
In your new role as HR Manager in the busy London office, you'll be tasked with handling the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying vacancies, screening CVs, running induction days and updating new joiners into the HR system. A large majority of your day will be focused on interviewing candidates, and you'll get the opportunity to meet lots of new people. You'll also be advising line managers on handling complex ER cases such as grievances, disciplinaries, performance and absence management cases. You'll also act as the first point of call for any HR queries that arise, and be expected to liaise with, and advise senior stakeholders on policy and procedure.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this HR Manager role, you'll have experience working in a similar role for an Insurance or Financial Services organisation. You'll have a wealth of knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, and enjoy interviewing and meeting new people. You'll be proficient in using HRIS, Microsoft Office packages, and will be CIPD qualified. Furthermore, you'll have excellent communication skills and be able to develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders. Individuals with a great level of attention to detail, a methodical, and discrete approach to their work will succeed in this role.
