Your new role
The Learning & Development Specialist will support the Head of L&D in the development and implementation of the L&D strategy across the organisation. The L&D Specialist will design and deliver a portfolio of management development leadership programmes to executives, senior managers and managers. Additionally the postholder will develop and design induction, customer service, sales soft skills and apprenticeship training. The L&D Specialist will lead the development and launch of a range of e-learning based programmes. The role will also support the coaching & mentoring programme across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced L&D specialist, business partner or manager with a recognised training qualification. Previous management development, leadership, coaching and elearning experience is essential.
