Your new company
A boutique, global financial services company based in Central London, are recruiting for a HR Data Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role due to increased workload and is an excellent opportunity where you will have autonomy within the position.
Your new role
You will sit in the small HR team, and provide 2 areas of support.
Firstly you will provide global headcount reports for the business. This will involve extensive Excel reporting and data manipulation. You will analyse the data and turn into presentations for senior stakeholders.
The second part of this role will to be the super user for the HR system in London - currently SAP, dealing with queries, and working out ways of improvements. You will support the roll out of SuccessFactors modules. The ideal person for this role will have an interest to work within a dynamic HR team and have an entrepreneurial approach in their work. You will work with a lot of data and have to be proactive in your approach, such as providing new ideas on how to facilitate data for the wider HR team including the HR Business partners.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a strong HR Analyst who has managed HR systems before. This role requires you to have Advanced Excel skills and my client would expect you to use macros, v look-ups and pivot tables. You will also be familiar with SAP. This role requires somebody who is confident on knowing how and where HR data can make a difference in the company. There is a lot of scope in the role for the right person. You will have come from a financial services or professional services environment. The ideal candidate will be a systems superuser with a great personality.
