The business provides strategic D&I Consultancy services to organisations around the globe. Due to high client demand they are growing their core management team. The role of the Business Operations Manager is a key role within the management team.


  • Oversight of all client assignments
  • Lead Associate team allocation to client assignments
  • Programme co-ordination of all large scale client assignments with support from Business Operations Co-ordinator


  • Experience in leadership within operational functions
  • Experience in building and motivating teams
  • Strategic thinker able to break into new markets
