We currently have a fantastic new job opportunity for a motivated and outgoing individual to join an ever growing organisation as a Talent Acquisition Manager. You will be joining a small, dynamic HR Team due to expansion and will be responsible for the Recruitment of permanent and contract candidates for the business.
Your new role
You will be working as part of a fast paced team to build a network of high calibre candidates using a variety of recruitment methods including; social media, headhunting and direct sourcing. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure a smooth end to end Recruitment process. A key element of this role will be engaging, advising and building relationships with line managers and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will a full understanding of the end to end recruitment process, you will have experience within a role at a similar level and also have strong evidence of candidate sourcing abilities. This role requires a strong working ethic with the ability to perform under pressure, you will be expected to work to strict deadlines and tight time scales. You will hold the ability to build strong working relationships with both stakeholders and line managers and will have excellent Customer Service skills.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a highly competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000. 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays. You will also be entitled to a generous benefits package including a bonus, cycle to work scheme and also health insurance.
