Role: HR Manager
Location: West London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Our client, a strategic brand-building and communications partner to the world's most entrepreneurial, intelligent and pioneering brands is seeking a HR Manager to join their 160 strong London office based in West London.
Reporting into the HR Director, this role will assist the development of the broader HR strategy for the UK and you will be fundamental to ensuring their roles are supported and provided with a nurturing and learning environment.
As the HR Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing HR strategy, Projects and HR operations;
Managing Employee relations and Policy related matters;
Large focus on employee engagement and wellbeing (which our client prides themselves on);
Managing annual HR processes such as Talent, Reward etc. supported by the HR Advisors and HR Ops team;
Managing HR projects locally and internationally;
Partnering with Head of Talent to implement Talent & Development programmes across client groups;
Reporting and overseeing HR Operations;
As the HR Manager, you will:
Be driven by delivering excellence; ensuring good bed rock of HR policies and practices are in place and delivered;
Devise and deliver innovative employee engagement practices;
Have excellent communication skills homed in business partnering / advisory roles are essential;
Experience dealing and coaching, and able to build strong and credible relationships at all levels of the business and to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment;
Have a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality is crucial;
Be extremely well organised, flexible, and proactive and with superior attention to detail at all times.
Confident delivering against the HR strategy and driving HR ops;
Have a good knowledge of UK employment legislation.
