Temporary HR TUPE Support Officer job working for a University in London until July 2018. Paying £19/hr
Reporting to a HR Business Partner, with a dotted line to the Recruitment and Operations Manager, you will support the delivery of the In-sourcing programme.
Main responsibilities and duties will be to carry out the 121 meetings of all the staff transferring in, lead on the production of all letters and contracts to those transferring in and support Right to Work checks for transfers in. You will also be involved in the data entry to ResourceLink for all the transfers and support the HR Business Partner with the TUPE meetings.
If you are interested in this temporary opportunity, then you will need to be on either a one week notice period or less. You will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the TUPE process, excellent organisational skills and excellent communication skills. Experience of dealing with trade unions is desirable and substantial experience of issuing contracts and letters is essential. Any ResourceLink experience is highly advantageous.
