HR Administrator

The brand is a successful aviation manufacturing organisation with over sixty years' experience in the industry and a strong reputation as Europe's most successful aircraft manufacturer in the UK. Due to growth they are now looking for an HR Administrator to join this small but impactful team, giving you the exposure and progression you need to build your HR career.

With 200 employees within the UK, you will be responsible for generalist HR duties including the management of the employee life cycle, processing all starters/ leavers and ensuring the database is maintained and up to date. You will assist with the recruitment process, writing and posting job adverts, screening CV's and assisting with interviews as well as drafting offer letters and generating contracts.

Everyone loves getting paid, and you will ensure that all data is correct so the employees get paid the correct amount and on time; you will also be able to effectively answer any questions for the population. Looking after the team is a high priority, so you will support with employee relations, note taking on any investigations and answering queries coming from the wider business. In addition to the day to day, you will get involved with ad-hoc projects and other HR related events.

Organisation is key, and having excellent attention to detail will put you in a good position for this role. The ideal candidate would be either a graduate or someone with some industry experience within an administrative role.
