HR Business Partner Contract
Your new company
An expanding and evolving Supply Chain & Logistics company in Gloucester are now in a position to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner ( HRBP) for an initial three month contract with the potential for extension.
Your new role
You will provide generalist HR & project support. You will answer queries from employees relating to HR and Payroll. Key areas of project work include; developing the UK employee handbook in conjunction with international HR representative creating it for group. Creating a number of new policies including a new right to work policy. The management and development of the time and attendance system along with any other project work required.
What you'll need to succeed
You are a HR Generalist available immediately. You have experience working in a fast paced, ever changing environment and are comfortable under pressure. You are confident and comfortable providing a wide range of HR support from HR administration to strategic project support. Due to the nature of the business you will need to hit the ground running and work autonomously with limited support.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £35,000 pr rata for the three month contract. You will play a part in the development and establishment of HR and policies in this fast paced American owned business. You will work with a results driven, motivated and focussed HR team committed to the service they provide.
