Your new role
The Head of HR will be responsible for the development and delivery of the HR strategy. The Head of HR will lead and develop the HR team who provide a HR service across the business. The Head of will be part of the senior leadership team and will work in partnership to develop a HR team that supports the needs of the business, works to maximise performance and to drive employee engagement. The postholder will lead cultural change programmes across the team and organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a highly credible CIPD qualified Head of HR with significant experience of developing a people strategy and managing HR operations. Strong leadership skills, the ability to influence at all levels and a passion for leading effective change management programmes is essential.
