You'll be joining a well-established, national business in their Head Office in South Tyneside. This leader in their field have enjoyed consistent growth over the last few years and are now looking to continue this success with the expansion of their team in the North East.
Your new role
As HR Manager you'll be responsible for a range of duties; from creating a cohesive strategy to managing day-to-day queries you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful performance of the HR team within the office.
Working closely with a range of stakeholders and senior management staff you'll oversee recruitment, performance management, and a range of employee relations duties while maintaining up to date HRIS and department budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you'll be a CIPD qualified HR professional with a minimum of 5 years within a similar role. You'll need to be a hand-on and proactive manager with an organised approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
