Your new role
The Commercial Training Manager will be responsible for the development, design and delivery of training programmes. The postholder will work in partnership with the marketing team to create an effective promotion strategy for the various programmes. Additionally the Training Manager will work with employers, industry organisations and education establishment to understand their training needs and develop suitable courses. Regular travel to a secondary site will be required.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced Training Manager with strong design and delivery expertise. Previous commercial training experience is an advantage. A background within the engineering sector is desirable.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of circa £35,000 plus bonus
