I am working with a large Housing Association based in Central London who are looking for a HR Advisor to join the business on an FTC basis until December 2019.
They require someone who can quickly build credible working relationships, influence senior managers, have comprehensive knowledge of employment law and proven experience in efficiently and commercially handling complex casework; a good understanding of safeguarding will be important also. This role will pick-up complex ER matters and be involved in supporting local restructures and change management (including TUPE). The role will work across different parts of the organisation including the Corporate, Housing and maintenance functions to help free up HR capacity during a very busy time within the Housing Association. This role may involve some travel to other office locations.
You will work within an organisation who recently have joined forces with another housing association and are going through a period of integration. You need to be happy to work within a changing, fast paced and high energy environment and thrive on bringing a positive outlook to managing change.
