Senior HR Business Partner
3 month assignment
My Client, a leading tech firm is urgently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team on a 3 month assignment.
As the business undergoes a large organisational change project, you will support your own client group through this change, partnering with senior stakeholders and facilitating the project. Also, you will act as the point of escalation across the HR BP team and support as required.
* Have worked in a change environment and delivered at a senior level.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to transfer this knowledge into effective policies, processes and procedures.
* In-depth understanding of the HR function, having previously worked in a business partnering style role.
* Project management skills.
* Proven ability to work as part of a fast paced team with high quality service delivery at the heart.
* Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a busy and complex environment.
* Ability to work on a wide variety of activities at any one time and deal with a changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.
* Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
* Have worked in and understand a large scale tech business.
* Knowledge of Oracle or similar HR systems would be an advantage.
