Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be working with a world leading client on a HR Manager role on a permanent basis. The role will be based at their site in Filton, Bristol and will pay a salary of £50,000 - £55,000.

Reporting to the HR Director you will partner with Senior Directors across your client group to achieve business goals through a focus on people. Your main focus, once on board, will be to lead and implement projects and initiatives and support the senior management team on people performance. You will need to work closely with the Directors to manage risk, build capability and ensure their people are engaged. It will be your responsibility to implement Talent, Succession, Engagement and Leadership activities for the business area.
HR Manager - the Person
- You must have proven HR leadership experience. Working with Senior Managers in a partnering environment
- Demonstrable experience of developing leadership capability through coaching and management experience
- Knowledge of developing and applying HR policies and procedures
- Strong influencing skills
- CIPD qualification would be advantageous
- Ideally from a technical background
