NEW ROLE - Recruitment Partner - Contingency Workforce based in Birmingham

Our client is a highly commercial and forward thinking global engineering organisation based in Birmingham.
Your new role
The Recruitment Partner lead an internal recruitment team who are responsible for the recruitment and the management of the contracts for the contingent workforce within the organisation. The team recruit for temporary, contractor and sub-contractors - the vast majority of these roles are highly skilled and in candidate short market. The role will be required to be a SME on all related legislation including agency workers regulations, pensions auto-enrollment and IR-35. Additionally the Recruitment Partner will manage 3rd party supplier relationships and lead related recruitment projects.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous internal, RPO or MSP recruitment management experience. It is essential that candidates have in depth experience of contingency workforce recruitment experience either from an internal, MSP or previous agency role. Candidates must have expert and up to date knowledge of all relevant temporary and contractor legislation. Additionally candidates will need to be able to demonstrate success in leading a recruitment team, managing 3rd party supplier relationships and managing recruitment based projects.
What you'll get in return
