Compensation / Reward Analyst
My client, a leading hospitality business based in North West London are currently looking for a Reward Analyst / Consultant to join their growing team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Designing and delivering reward communications such as total reward statements
Managing the company bonus schemes
Working on and managing company recognition schemes
Supporting with year end performance reviews
Management of company benefits
Supporting with the company pensions scheme
We are looking for a candidate who has strong reward experience and has worked with benefits. You must have experience undertaking job evaluations and market benchmarking and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
