Reporting into the HR Director, you will be a strategically aligned HR professional who leads a HR Business Partnering team in delivering a value-add and commercially astute service to the business. You will be the key interface with key internal stakeholders and recognised Trade Union representatives.
You will formulate and lead a transformation programme that consists of structural and cultural change. You will have a focus on managing the ER, IR, Talent, Engagement and D&I agenda.
You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage and develop your own HR team.
As the Head of HR, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.
Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the leadership team. As an HR leader, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within your own HR team, and within the wider business.
You will be equipped with an astute toolkit which will enable you to manage projects within a senior generalist role; ER, IR, Talent, Engagement, D&I etc.
You must have experience within a fast-paced, dynamic and unionised environment, which you have taken through a transformative journey.
This role will paid £70,000 to £75,000 per annum (potentially more dependent on experience). You will also receive a car allowance and a performance related bonus, along with a suite of benefits.
