Recruitment Coordinator

My client are an international consultancy firm, they are looking for an experienced recruiter from a professional services environment to join their team. The role is a full 360 position and involves working on international vacancies. The role is focussing on recruiting contractors for the business.

The role:

Focussing on contractor recruitment, building the database through directly sourcing candidates

Managing all processes for vacancies that come under the remit of this role, based on geographical location

Sourcing candidates through adverts and LinkedIn Recruiter and holding initial screening interviews

Screening all direct applicants and interviewing suitable candidates

Managing the applicant tracking system and candidate pipelines

Liaising with candidates and interviewers globally to coordinate interviews.

Liaising with the CEO regularly to update on the recruitment process.

Managing relationships with recruitment agencies

The candidate:

Will have a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in recruitment, managing the 360 process.

Must have experience recruiting for roles in a professional services or financial services environment.

Can have either in-house or agency recruitment experience.

You must be of graduate calibre (or equivalent) and have extensive experience dealing with mid - senior level recruitment. Only applications from candidates who have spent time working in professional services will be considered.
