Recruiter - Investment Management

A leading global investment management house is looking for an In-house Recruiter to support a multi asset front office client group, for an initial 6m contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and candidate experiences throughout the full life cycle of recruiting

  • Consult with managers to scope recruitment needs and develop/implement effective sourcing strategies

  • Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates, also leveraging internal and online recruiting resources

  • Monitor and facilitate best practice candidate interview processes

  • Educate and influence hiring managers on candidates' skill sets, recruiting process, strategy and market conditions

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to identify internal talent

  • Work with and direct the efforts of a Recruiting Coordinator

  • Influence hiring managers on the importance of Diversity in the Recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • Solid track record of 360 recruiting

  • Experience recruiting in-house in a corporate environment across multiple functions

  • Financial Services industry experience covering a front office Investments business function is preferred

  • Ability to handle recruiting volumes of 20-30 permanent requisitions at a time

  • Strong consultative approach with a demonstrated ability act in an advisory capacity to the business function and effectively influence senior level business partners

  • Motivated, self-directed, independent individual who can work collaboratively in a team environment
