Senior HR Manager – Learning & Development

The Corporate HR department are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative team member to join our dedicated HR team. We are an ambitious team wanting to make a difference to peoples experience at work.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the design and delivery of the learning and development elements of the Force’s People Strategy, working with senior leaders to identify and problem solve key strategic people issues. You will provide advice which allows the Force to understand the current and future positions in relation to development and training needs and to create a learning environment where everyone has the opportunity to develop and realise their potential.

As well as offering a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive 23 days annual leave + bank holidays and a pension.
