We are currently supporting a top 20 accountancy firm in their search for an L&D Advisor.
Working closely with the Head of L&D, you will provide a range of design, delivery and programme management across the full training cycle to aid talent progression. A large focus for this organisation is their talent development programmes and they work collaboratively with other teams to provide a highly effective, proactive and commercial advisory service.
In addition, there is a range of team based projects including; departmental systems, processes and other ways to maximise their L&D infrastructure to support what they do. They are working to continue to take their function forward to support progression, growth, profitability, client service, and their people.
To be successful in this role, my client is looking for L&D professionals with strong experience of design and delivery of soft skills based training.
