My client is a wonderful charity based in Central London who are well known for recruiting and developing outstanding individuals to be social workers and leaders to transform the lives of the most vulnerable children and families; and they are looking for a HR Administrator on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent and to start as soon as possible!
You will be responsible for working with the team to coordinate recruitment activities, on boarding and training activities across the organisation and will provide generalist HR support to the team. Some of your responsibilities will be:
Updating the HR system with any changes and maintaining employee records.
Supporting the HR Officer with updating the payroll changes in line with monthly cut off points.
Assist Line Managers with the probation review process; ensure they have the relevant paper work for each review stage, following up for completed documentation and updating trackers.
Provide reports and updates to the senior team and line managers on recruitment
Take responsibility for placing job adverts on external job boards, Frontline website and circulating to relevant networks. Research and identify a variety of advertising options for specific roles
Assist the HR Officer to coordinate training activities for the organization such as booking meeting rooms, room set-up, order lunch, and sending evaluation survey
The role requires someone who is enthusiastic, has an eye for detail, with a strong interest in HR and the charity.
