Our client, an established consumer business and household brand name now has a fantastic opportunity for an Early Careers Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. In this exciting and newly created role you will develop and execute the end to end pathways that will provide everyone from school leavers and apprentices to MBA graduates and high performers with opportunities to start or further develop their career within the business.

Working closely with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and suppliers, you'll take ownership of all aspects of the scope, design, development and recruitment of early careers programmes, driving everything from attraction, selection and on boarding, right through to training, development and performance. As a champion for the value of early careers across the business, you'll also provide expertise and consultancy advice, developing analytics and providing insight and metrics to demonstrate return on investment to the business.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience of implementing Early Careers programmes that include school leavers, graduates, apprenticeships and existing employees

  • Experience of owning and managing apprenticeship levy exposure and building and implement programmes which maximises appropriate utilisation of the apprenticeship levy

  • Previous experience of building and running campus hiring programs and managing hiring demand to support the scaling and growth of a business

  • A record of successful delivery of programs from conception through to ongoing management

  • The ability to manage a project/program office or multiple simultaneous enterprise initiatives

  • First class stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills and the ability to collaborate with and manage a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.

  • A natural passion, drive and motivation for early careers development together with the determination and sense of purpose for delivering the best possible results for the organisation

  • Education to A level standard and HR or equivalent qualification preferred
