We are proud to be partnering with a leading name in the manufacturing sector in South Yorkshire, who now have an opportunity for a well rounded HR Generalist to lead their HR department in a standalone capacity reporting into the MD.
The ideal candidate will come from a standalone background or an SME working a part of a small HR team. You will be an incredibly hands-on individual and have a solid grounding across all aspects of the HR Generalist remit.
A large focus of this role will be managing a wide range of Employee Relations issues spanning from basic matters through to complex cases and you must therefore solid experience of managing ER cases independently and supporting managers through these processes.
This role will also see you involved in regular recruitment activity for the business to ensure workforce planning is handled as pro actively as possible.
You will be required to do some occasional travel across other sites (mainly South Yorkshire) and you can expect to be out the office on other sites approximately 2 day per week.
