A new opportunity has arisen working as an L&D Trainer for a leading Insurance company based in Central London. In this new role, you will be reporting to the L&D Manager.
Your new role
In your new role working as an L&D Trainer, you will be working closely with senior stakeholders and line managers to identify skills and training requirements, and designing training programmes accordingly. You will be responsible for delivering the training content in classroom sessions, on floor-walks, and rolling out online programmes. You'll also be liaising with employees and line managers to assess the effectiveness of the training, and adapting the programmes to suit the needs. Furthermore, you'll be keeping all employee training attendance up-to-date on the tracking system.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role as an L&D Trainer, working in the busy London office, you'll have experience working in a similar role within the Insurance, professional, or financial services sector. You'll have experience designing training programmes in line with the needs of senior stakeholders, and will be comfortable delivering such information to large audiences. You'll be confident in the presence of senior stakeholders and be able to qualify, and meet their expectations.
