Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a well known national organisation who are looking to appoint a key member of the Learning & Development Team to join them on a 12 month FTC basis. The Talent & Leadership Development role will sit within the office based in West London and sit within the People Function. The purpose of the role is to ensure ongoing delivery of a range of leadership and talent development programmes to the business that support our strategic plans to enable the organisation to be a great place to work. The position will support the completion of key L&D projects and learning campaigns and support the team through a period of transition. You will also be responsible for two L&D specialists.
Responsible for delivery of our existing leadership development programmes, maximising programme enrolment levels, optimising the cost and ensuring efficiency of the programme design in alignment with blended learning.
Works with Business Partners and the People Function to define nomination lists and schedules.
Undertakes interim reviews of course design and feedback to ensure it continues to serve business needs.
Oversees the work of the L&D specialist responsible the roll out of our culture development programmes: Purpose & Values and Leading Sustainable Growth.
Works with the business to define, scope and implement segmented talent development interventions for 2018/2019.
Leads the scoping, design and implementation of new programmes for the business which support our Diversity strategy, specifically to include Women in Leadership and Returnships.
Leads the development and implementation of a coaching framework for the business (with the L&D Specialist), including mentoring and team coaching.
Supports the Head of L&D in the development of the L&D team, including team performance, engagement and wellbeing.
To be successful for this position you should have solid experience in design, development an delivery of talent and leadership programmes. You should also have experience of delivering initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion,. You should be a strong line manager and have a coaching approach to your work.
