Your new role
As a tech recruiter, you will be supporting the Director of Talent in sourcing, hiring and stakeholder management. as a 360 recruiter, you will need to be able to implement new recruitment strategies to improve processes and attract the best talent into the business. As recruitment is busy, you will be managing a high number of vacancies within DevOps, Java Developers, Product engineers, Software Engineers, BA's, Project managers etc.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have an established network within the tech space and be creative in sourcing strategies i.e. attend tech fairs and use various social media platforms. Experienced in recruiting for the niche roles mentioned above.
