Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a positive and fast growing events business based in Victoria who are looking to appoint a HR Manager to cover maternity leave. The role will start June/July 2018 and be around 13 months in duration, offered on a FTC basis. In this role you will be responsible for managing the HR strategy with the CEO across this fast paced business and developing and implementing new initiatives and approaches to ensure employee retention and performance is maximised within this dynamic organisation. Flexible working options will be considered for the right candidate including part time options.

Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for the delivery and management of the People strategy. It's critical that you're able to continuously bring new ideas that contribute to the employee's engagement with the business and culture. Most importantly you will be a good fit with our culture and it is vitally important that the chemistry is right and that you bring a mature attitude to confidential matters. We need to be aligned, respect each other, inspired by each other and genuinely enjoy working together.
