My client is looking for an HR Advisor who thrives in a pacey and exciting environment, working as part of a collaborative team and supporting the retail population with all things HR.
The brand is a global fashion retailer who started their journey on Oxford street with a small concession, and have now grown to be a well know brand with over 200 locations across 10 countries. The brand is now looking to expand the HR team, which has seen the addition of an HR Advisor position.
With around 600 employees in the UK, you will be working out of the central London office, and responsible for your own remit of concessional and stand-alone stores across the UK. You will provide Employee relations support and guidance to key stakeholders within the management tier, while acting as a first point of contact for any staff queries. By working closely with the recruitment team, you will ensure you are attracting, recruiting and retaining the very best talent in the industry, coaching and guiding managers on the recruitment process and assisting with succession planning within the retail teams. To ensure your team are always on top, you will design and deliver the relevant HR training to the management population, as well as having a creative input into the wider L&D offering.
Strong experience in ER and a proactive mindset, while remaining reactive to business needs will set you up well for this role, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone or by email.
