The HR Administrator will form an intrinsic part of the HR team and have the responsibility of delivering a consistently high-quality HR Administration support service to the organisation. As HR Administrator you will report into the HR Manager and will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring all the accurate and timley completetion of all HR administration
  • Managing HR enquires
  • Processes invoices through the finance system
  • Ensuring new starters have the appropriate references in place

The ideally HR administrator:

  • Previous experience in a HR administrator role
  • Previous experience working within a large global organisation
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
