Your new role
Your role will involve both operational / employee relations work. Working as a team with another HR Advisor and the HR Business Partner (your manager) you'll be involved in a wide range of employee relations cases. You'll build trusting relationships with the management team and the employees that you support. There will also be some recruitment involved in the role. This company have multiple reporting and payroll systems so there is going to be a relatively large volume of data administration along with the operational elements of the job.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have some solid experience in employee relations, having been involved in disciplinaries, grievances, performance management meetings etc as well as experience in various other aspects of HR. You'll have a passion for working in a fast paced environment for an innovative business. If you have studied CIPD qualifications as well that will be seen as a bonus.
