Talent Manager

Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be partnering a leading media business on a new Head of People. They are a fast growing SME and they are looking to double their headcount over the next 5 years. With that in mind they need an experienced talent professional to drive their strategy to attract and retain the best talent, build their employer brand and create a positive employee experience.

You will need to identify talent needs in collaboration with the Senior Management team in order to maintain growth and also source talent at all levels. You will need to collaborate with local universities to source high calibre graduates and also source experienced professionals across all business areas.
You will responsible for developing a strong employer brand and share best practice with all new hires.
In terms of HR Management you will need to create a culture of continuous learning and development and deliv3er regular employee performance evaluations. You will need to ge involved with all areas of succession and build upon policies and processes.

Head of People the Person.

·You must have a proven background in talent acquisition across a rage of functions.
·You need to have worked at a strategic level in delivering talent.
·You will need to have p3experience of designing and delivering training programmes and also be comfortable with developing an employer brand.
·You will need excellent verbal and written communications skills and be comfortable handling multiple projects from concept to completion.
·Bachelors degree in HR or similar field plus CIPD qualified or working towards would be desirable.
