Our global professional services client requires an interim HR Business Partner to cover whilst a permanent hire is made. Contract length 4+ months.
You will support 2 x fee earning client groups in London on a day-to-day basis.
Develop and deliver the operationa HR plan for Practice Groups/Sectors
Drive organisational and individual performance and manage complex change in partnership with the partners, managers and employees in line with the HR Strategy
Establish and maintain effective influencing relationships with Partners and Managers
Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance
Lead annual peaople processes PDP, salary review, budgeting and people planning
Ensure robust talent management and succession planning are in place
Work with the engagement lead on engagement activites, identfying areas for improvement
Deliver HR activties as appropriate for any merger, acquisition and lateral hire activities
Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will also liaise with Partners, Directors, Managers, legal advisers and employees internally as well as external clients, service providers and contacts as required.
HR Business Partner experience gained in a corporate environment, ideally within a BP / Shared Services HR model
Strong generalist skill set including good employment law understanding, experience of recruitment, performance management and annual salary processes.
Good judgement and the ability to influence in an intellectually rigorous environment
