Your new company
A great job opportunity for a Permanent HR Advisor, you will be part of a forward thinking HR team and will be responsible for all generalist, hands-on, operational tasks within modern offices in Bedford with onsite parking.
Your new role
As an HR Advisor (permanent) you will be responsible for covering an area of the business and managing and building long term relationships with senior stake holders, providing advice and guidance on all employee relations matters, coaching managers on HR best practice, modernising HR policies and procedures where required and leading on HR projects for your area of the business including GDPR and employee engagement projects. This role will suit someone who is pro-active and resilient and enjoys building relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at HR Advisor level, within a generalist role, ideally within the private sector. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent. You must have redundancy experience and ideally TUPE experience.
