We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated HR Administrator to join a fast paced team based in central Oxford on a 6 month contract basis. My client is seeking an additional member of their HR Operations team to ensure that all employees are receiving professional advice and guidance at all times. Your new role
As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for resolving employee queries by providing accurately and timely responses. You will be working to an extremely high level of accuracy to ensure that all Administrative tasks are being completed in line with company procedures and guidelines. Within this role you will also need to work effectively across the wider business, building strong working relationships with hiring managers, employees and HR teams.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a solid understanding of the processes involved in working with sensitive data, you will have excellent Customer Service skills and previous experience of working in an HR function would be desirable. You must have exceptional Administrative and organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise a busy, demanding workload. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
