Your new role
As a Part Time HR Assistant you'll be responsible for a range of duties involved in providing comprehensive HR support to the team using HRIS.
Working collaboratively with the HR Advisor you'll be heavily involved in the recruitment process; from initial briefing and generation of job descriptions, to advertising and liaising with agencies as well as producing and updating new starter paperwork as needed.
In addition you'll be responsible for providing efficient and accurate HR Administration support to the team while assisting with the production of MI reports, training schedules, and working closely with the Payroll team to ensure any adjustments are processed accurately.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you'll be a CIPD qualified HR Assistant with recent experience in an equivalent role alongside an efficient and adaptable approach.
Experience within a fast paced, manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential.
